A golf holiday in St Francis Bay, five minutes from St Francis Links

Two courses on your doorstep
St Francis Links is a Jack Nicklaus Signature course, opened in 2007 and ranked among the top five courses in South Africa. It is five minutes from the house.
St Francis Bay Golf Club is the original village course, a par 71 in the heart of the village: shorter, relaxed and very good value. It is three minutes from the house.
Book tee times well ahead in the December season. The rest of the year they are relatively easy to get.
A house for a group of golfers
Five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, so a group of up to ten adults has proper space. The four extra beds in the family suites are children's beds, so the house takes up to ten adults and four children.
There is a dining table for fourteen, a wood-burning fireplace, a second lounge with a bar counter and TV looking out to sea, and a sheltered braai courtyard with a built-in braai and a table long enough for everyone. There is also a fenced pool, backup power and fibre Wi-Fi.
When you are not playing
The River Club, seven minutes away beside the Kromme River, has three padel courts, tennis courts, a gym and studio, a 25 m eight-lane outdoor pool, an infrared sauna and ice bath, and a health bar. Visitors can use the gym, pool and sauna for a fee, and padel courts can be booked online. The village also has tennis, squash and bowls clubs.
There is a free parkrun at St Francis Links every Saturday at 08:00. The beach is across the road from the house, and the village, with its shops, coffee shops and restaurants, is a ten-minute walk away.

Getting here
The nearest airport is in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), a little over an hour away along the N2.
How booking works
Choose your dates on the calendar on the home page and send a request. We reply within a day, and nothing is payable until we confirm. A 50% deposit confirms the booking. The balance and a refundable R1 000 breakage deposit are due 30 days before you arrive, and if you cancel more than two weeks before arrival everything you have paid is refunded. The calendar shows the exact price for your dates, and prices include VAT. The person booking must be at least 21. Read the full booking terms.
